The variety matures in 50–85 days after direct sowing. The height of the adult plant is 30–45 cm. The leaves are smooth and characterized by fleshy central veins.

The hybrid is resistant to temperature fluctuations and tolerates heat and frosts well. The leaves and petioles are used in cooking, including for the preparation of caldo verde soup and cabbage rolls.
