The variety belongs to the forage crop group and is characterized by a pronounced thickened central stem. Plants form large vegetative mass at early stages of development and are distinguished by good palatability of both leaves and stems.

The plant possesses high stability and resistance to lodging, as well as high winter hardiness. The variety shows tolerance to clubroot infection.
