Variety description

The plant forms a compact, dense, rounded rosette weighing about 550 grams with textured, curly leaves. The variety does not form side shoots and possesses a well-developed root system, ensuring resistance to unfavorable conditions.

The period from transplanting to technical maturity is 70–80 days. The leaves have a sweetish taste and can be consumed fresh or heat-treated. Decorative properties allow the crop to be used in landscape design from October to March, with low temperatures intensifying the color of the central part of the leaves.
