The plant has an erect, spreading habit and reaches a height of 60–90 cm. The dark green leaves have a highly curly edge and a spicy flavor.

The variety is distinguished by high resistance to low temperatures and is intended for harvesting until deep winter, starting from November. The leaf composition shows a high content of glucosinolates, including glucoraphanin and progoitrin.
