Variety description

The plant has a tall stem without side shoots and leaves with a strongly wavy margin. The inflorescence is of medium or small size, medium density, has a conical shape and a bright green, sulfur-green or yellow-green color.

The variety is traditional; its breeding was conducted in the Lazio region. Sowing for seedlings is recommended in May-June with subsequent transplanting into the ground after 40 days using a 50–60 cm spacing between plants. The produce is used in cooking in boiled or baked form.
