The variety forms round-oval or round-globose heads of medium or large size. A key morphological feature is the conically shaped florets arranged in a spiral.

The variety is considered universal: suitable for fresh consumption, various types of culinary processing, and freezing. In terms of taste qualities, it occupies an intermediate position between cauliflower and broccoli.
