The variety forms conical inflorescences with a fractal structure of bright green color. The inflorescences are distinguished by a dense crunchy texture and a mild nutty flavor. Biologically and agrotechnically, it belongs to the cauliflower group, despite its external similarity to broccoli.

The plant is a mid-early variety requiring fertile moist soils, a sunny location, regular watering, and fertilization. The recommended planting pattern is 50x50 cm. The variety is capable of withstanding temperature fluctuations somewhat better than classic types of white cauliflower.

The produce is used in culinary applications for fresh consumption, pan-frying, and freezing. Due to the decorative appearance of the head, they are often used for garnishing dishes.
