The flesh of the stem-tuber is white, juicy, with a crisp texture, and does not become fibrous for a long time. The variety possesses cold resistance and the ability to maintain marketability for up to 30 days after ripening. It is intended for fresh consumption and culinary processing, and is suitable for spring and autumn sowing in the open field.
