The Delikates bela variety, also known by the German name Delikatess weisser, is a white-skinned variety of kohlrabi. It is a mid-late plant, demanding of growing temperature conditions, where the optimal range is from 14 to 16°C.
This variety is grown mainly using the transplanting method, although direct sowing into the soil is also possible. It is widely distributed in European regions, where it is used as a preceding or following crop in crop rotation to obtain produce intended for fresh consumption.
