The plant reaches a height of 40–50 cm and forms spherical or flat-rounded stem-tubers of a saturated purple color. The diameter of the fruits is 7–12 cm; inside there is juicy white flesh with a nutty taste.

The period from emergence to harvest takes from 40 to 100 days. The variety is suitable for cultivation in open field during spring-summer and autumn periods, and is characterized by resistance to cracking and lignification of the flesh. Suitable for fresh consumption, processing, and storage.
