The plant forms smooth, spherical, light green stem-tubers reaching 7.5–10 cm in diameter. The total plant height is approximately 30–45 cm. The flesh of the fruit is white, tender, and crisp, with a mild sweetish taste.
The variety is intended for cultivation in open field and containers. Stem-tubers are resistant to woodiness and can remain in the bed longer after maturity. Both stem-tubers and young leaves are edible.
The plant is characterized by disease resistance and good adaptation to cultivation in cool climate conditions.
