The Rapidstar F1 hybrid belongs to early kohlrabi varieties. The stem and flesh are characterized by a greenish-white color. The plant possesses bolting resistance and the ability to form large stems.
The variety is intended for fresh consumption. In scientific literature, it was used for studying cold hardiness at various stages of vegetation. Currently, in a number of professional catalogs, it has been replaced by more modern hybrids, such as Quickstar.
