The Biliardo (F1) hybrid belongs to the Brassica oleracea L. — Capitata Group. The plant is characterized by vigorous development and a tall stem. The heads have a dense structure and blue-green leaf coloration; their weight varies from 1.5 to 5 kg depending on growing conditions.
The variety has the ability to maintain market quality for a long time after ripening. It is resistant to Fusarium wilt (Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. conglutinans) and exhibits intermediate resistance to black rot (Xanthomonas campestris pv. campestris). Previously designated in documentation by code BOC 238.
