The variety forms dense heads of round or flat-round shape weighing from 2.5 to 4.0 kg. The leaves have a glaucous-green shade. The plant is characterized by high resistance of the heads to cracking.

The variety is universal in use, distinguished by high keeping quality and is suitable for long-term winter storage. The origin of the variety is linked to the Dutch region of Langedijk.
