The color of the outer leaves is light green, while the cut surface is snow-white or creamy-white.
The plant possesses high keeping quality: at a storage temperature of 0–2°C, the heads maintain marketability for 6 to 8 months. The variety is characterized by high resistance to cracking and resistance to Fusarium. The purpose of the produce is universal; it is suitable for fresh consumption, storage, and fermentation.
