Langedijker group varieties are productive winter white cabbage intended for long-term storage. These are reliable and resistant plants with a long vegetation period in open field conditions.
Seed sowing for seedlings is carried out from the beginning of April to May. Transplanting seedlings to open field is carried out 5–6 weeks after sowing. The group name originates from the Langedijk region in the Netherlands and historically denotes a specific type of cabbage.
