The root vegetable has an elongated, almost cylindrical shape and reaches 30–35 cm in length with a diameter of 7–8 cm. A portion of the root vegetable protrudes above the soil surface and is colored green, while the underground part is white.

The flesh is white, juicy, and tender at a young age, but becomes coarse when overgrown. The plant leaves are large, green, and semi-erect.

The variety belongs to traditional landraces and is classified as a variety for the conservation of biodiversity. Shows high productivity.
