The root vegetable has an elongated shape 15 to 25 cm in length, with dark, almost black skin and a thick corky layer. The plant reaches 30 cm in height, the leaves are green, and the root is positioned deep in the soil.

An autumn variety with a growing season of 50 to 70 days. Intended for fresh consumption and cooking; it is characterized by good keeping quality during winter storage.
