The plant has a small leaf rosette and medium height. A characteristic morphological feature is the position of the root vegetable: about two-thirds of its volume is located above the soil surface, which facilitates harvesting.

The variety belongs to hardy types and is intended for agricultural use as a forage crop. It is grown to provide nutrition for livestock during periods of limited pasture growth, allowing animals to graze directly in the field.
