The plant has a developed rosette of shiny green elongated leaves with serrated edges. Medium-sized root crops have a round shape, with their upper part ('neck') colored purple or pink-purple, and the lower part remaining white. The flesh of the root crop is dense, white, and has a sweetish taste.
The variety is universal and suitable for cultivation in open field and protected cultivation. Maturity groups vary depending on growing conditions from early to medium-late. Harvesting of young root crops is recommended, as they become fibrous and lose tenderness when overgrown.
The crop is cold-resistant, but sensitive to severe frosts. The variety is suitable for fresh consumption, culinary processing, pickling, and in some cases is used as a fodder crop.
