The root crops have a characteristic elongated, slightly curved shape resembling a bull's horn. The skin color is white with a reddish-purple hue in the upper above-ground part. The plant forms a vigorous leaf rosette.

The variety is intended primarily for autumn cultivation and is characterized by rapid growth. The taste of the root crops is mild; they are consumed raw or cooked. It is a traditional variety that retains its properties when propagated by seeds.
