The variety is a versatile forage crop of the erect type, suitable for both livestock grazing and the harvesting of hay or silage. The plant possesses high nutritional value and is palatable to livestock, reaching maximum productivity on fertile soils in the absence of excessive moisture.

This variety is characterized by the ability for intensive recovery after unfavorable dry periods. When cultivating, it is recommended to observe a seeding rate of 40 to 60 kg per hectare. In addition to forage purposes, the variety is used as a cover crop in viticulture.
