Variety description

The variety is a mutation (sport) of the Langtrees variety and is a spreading compact bush. The main decorative value lies in large heart-shaped pubescent leaves, which have a dark green main background with silvery-white spots, often forming an irregular border.

The plant is early-flowering; the flowering period lasts from April to June with small pale blue flowers collected in loose inflorescences. The variety is characterized by high winter hardiness down to -39°C and leaf resistance to scorching.

Cultivation requires fertile, moist, well-drained soils and sites in partial shade. The plant does not tolerate prolonged drought and maintains foliage decorativeness throughout the entire season.
