The variety is a development based on traditional Balkan peppers suitable for making ajvar. The fruits have a broad-wedge shape and red color at the stage of biological maturity. The flesh is characterized by sweetness and the absence of bitterness during heat treatment; the skin separates easily when roasted.
The plant is compact and suitable for open field and protected cultivation. Fruiting begins approximately 65 days after transplanting. The variety is an open-pollinated variety, which allows for the collection of seeds for sowing.
