The variety is early-ripening, the period from transplanting to harvest is 58–90 days. The plant is short or compact, bushy, reaching a height of 18 to 90 cm.
The fruits have a narrow-conical shape, a smooth glossy surface, a length of 12–20 cm and a width of 2.5–5 cm. At technical maturity, the color is intense yellow; at full maturity, it is orange or red. The pungency of the fruits is 5 000–15 000 SHU on the Scoville scale.
The variety is a traditional open-pollinated variety and is characterized as low-maintenance. The fruits are universal in use: suitable for canning, pickling, stuffing, as well as for consumption fresh or dried.
