The variety is mid-season or mid-late with a growing season of 140–150 days. Plants reach a height of 50–70 cm. The fruits have an elongated-conical shape, often slightly flattened, 12–16 cm long and weighing from 70 to 115 g. At technical maturity, the fruits are green; upon ripening, they turn intensely red.
The fruit flesh is juicy, dense, and 5–6 mm thick. The variety is versatile: it is consumed fresh and is suitable for frying, roasting, and making traditional sauces such as ajvar and pindjur. The plant is characterized as hardy, resistant to summer heat and a number of diseases.
