Mid-season variety with a growing period of 140–150 days. The plant reaches a height of 60–66 cm and forms 2–3 upright main branches. The variety possesses resistance to Verticillium wilt and is suitable for cultivation in open field and greenhouses.
Fruits are pendent, elongated-conical in shape, 12–15 cm long and weighing 60–85 g. At technical maturity they are dark green, and at botanical maturity they are intensely red. The flesh is dense and tender, with skin of medium thickness.
The produce is intended for fresh consumption, roasting, pickling, and the preparation of purees. The variety is often used in breeding as standard genetic material for comparison with new lines.
