Fruits of the Sweet Banana variety have an elongated, curved shape. At technical maturity, they are light green, almost white, then turn yellow, and become red at full maturity. The flesh is thick, sweet, and non-pungent.
The plant reaches a height of 40 to 60 cm. The variety is early-maturing, with a ripening period of 50 to 75 days from the time of transplanting. The harvest is used fresh for salads, as well as for canning and preparing sauces.
