An indeterminate plant type that can be grown via transplants or direct seeding. The variety produces firm bright red fruits 10–12 cm long, having a slightly flattened shape with depressions along the veins and slightly blunt tips.
The fruits are characterized by a concentrated aroma and persistent pungency; they are used for the production of paprika powder and hot pepper paste. The variety demonstrates resistance to local isolates of Tobacco mosaic virus and is adapted to the climatic conditions of the Szeged region.
