This hybrid is not intended for the production of marketable fruit. It has a powerful root system that contributes to improved development of the above-ground part of the grafted plant and ensures good compatibility with various pepper varieties.
The rootstock demonstrates tolerance to soil salinity and water stress. It possesses high resistance to tobacco mosaic virus (TMV: 0) and intermediate resistance to Phytophthora root rot (Phytophthora capsici), nematodes (Meloidogyne arenaria, M. incognita, M. javanica) and potato virus Y (PVY: 0,1).
