The variety is a compact evergreen shrub, which is a mutation of the variety Skylark. The main distinguishing feature is the presence of small dark green leaves with an irregular creamy-white margin. The plant forms inflorescences of small violet-blue flowers with a light fragrance.
The height of the plant varies from 50-60 cm to 80 cm or more, depending on conditions and the intensity of pruning. The flowering period occurs from April to June. It is recommended to grow the variety in sunny locations with well-drained soil, avoiding an excess of lime, as this can cause chlorosis.
The plant has winter hardiness down to -15 °C. Due to its compact shape, the shrub is suitable for container growing, creating borders, or single plantings in small gardens. It requires regular summer pruning to maintain its shape and may be susceptible to scale insect infestation.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
