The variety belongs to the curly endive group and is mid-season or mid-early. The plant forms a dense and compact rosette of finely cut, curly leaves with a crunchy texture.

The plant possesses good endurance: it is resistant to high temperatures and capable of tolerating light frosts. The heart of the rosette is easily blanched naturally, which gives the leaves a more delicate taste.

Used as a leafy vegetable for fresh consumption in salads. Requires standard agricultural practices, including timely watering and thinning to prevent premature bolting.
