Variety description

The plant forms a voluminous rosette of wide leaves with serrated, slightly wavy margins. The head is dense and well-filled. At maturity, the plant reaches a height of 25–30 cm. With proper care, the inner leaves are tightly packed and have a light yellow or white color.

The variety is early-maturing, distinguished by vigorous growth and adaptability to various soil types. The plant possesses resistance to bolting but requires protection from frost. The leaves have a pronounced taste with slight bitterness.

Intended for cultivation in open field and under film covers, with a harvest period in late summer and autumn. For a more delicate taste and blanching of the central part, it is recommended to perform blanching 10–15 days before harvest.
