The plant has a medium vigor and a rounded canopy with upward-growing branches. Leaves are oval-elliptic, flowers are white, fragrant, and either solitary or clustered. The variety is remontant, flowering and fruiting abundantly and continuously from spring to autumn.

Fruits are medium-sized, spherical, slightly flattened at the poles, with a characteristic nipple at the apex. The rind is yellow, thin, and easily separates from the flesh. The flesh is yellowish-green, juicy, and has a sweet taste with low acidity.

The culture has been historically used as an ornamental plant for container cultivation due to its ability to simultaneously bear flowers and fruits of varying maturity. In culinary use, it is prized for its specific organoleptic properties.
