Variety description

The variety is a vigorous tree with dense foliage and branches practically devoid of thorns. The fruits are medium-sized, round or slightly flattened in shape, and have a firm, deep-orange rind with a bumpy surface.

The fruit flesh is tender and juicy with a sweet taste. The variety is early-maturing; the harvest is collected in December. Cross-pollination is required for high productivity, and the tree is prone to alternate bearing.

There is a breeding form, Fairchild LS, developed as an alternative to the original variety with a lower seed content in the fruits compared to the original, in which their number is significantly higher.
