The variety was obtained by gamma irradiation of Eureka variety cuttings. The tree possesses vigorous growth and forms a spreading crown, while being slower to reach bearing age compared to the parent variety.
The fruits resemble the Eureka variety in appearance, but have a tendency toward a more elongated shape. The peel is smooth, pale yellow in color. The main distinctive feature is the consistent absence of seeds with a high juice content.
The variety possesses a level of disease tolerance typical for the species Citrus x limon. Fruit ripening dates are comparable to the fruiting schedule of the Eureka variety.
