The variety is included in the IVIA Germplasm Bank and is one of the known varieties cultivated on the Iberian Peninsula. The plant is distinguished by the absence of thorns on the branches.

The fruits of the variety are characterized by seedlessness. Studies of physicochemical properties show that the variety is sensitive to the influence of rootstocks on such indicators as size, weight, and thickness of the fruit peel. In terms of the composition of volatile compounds in the peel essential oil, the variety occupies an intermediate position among other known lemon varieties.
