The variety was obtained by gamma-ray irradiation of Eureka variety cuttings. The plant is characterized by vigorous growth and a spreading canopy, similar to the parent variety. It is grafted onto various rootstocks, such as Carrizo, Benton and Rough Lemon.
The fruits have a pale yellow smooth peel; size and shape are close to Eureka, but may be more elongated. Juice quality and internal fruit characteristics are comparable to the parent variety. The variety does not show a tendency for alternate bearing, however, it may be less precocious.
The variety retains its traits in subsequent generations during propagation.
