The tree is medium-sized, with a spreading crown, sparse foliage, and occasional thorns on the branches. The fruits have an oblong, oval, or pear-shaped form, often with a small nipple at the end. The fruit rind is of medium thickness, porous, and wrinkled.

The variety is everbearing and produces fruit throughout the year, with peak yields observed in late winter, spring, and early summer. The fruit pulp is juicy, tender, greenish-yellow in color, and possesses high acidity and a low seed content.

The plant is sensitive to low temperatures and sharp temperature fluctuations. When grown indoors, the variety may exhibit sensitivity to environmental conditions and susceptibility to pests.
