The tree is vigorous, medium-sized with a well-foliated crown; it remains compact when grown in containers. The branches have a small number of thorns. The leaves are leathery, dark green, and fragrant. The variety is everbearing, which allows for harvesting at different periods of the year depending on the flowering time.

The fruits are oval-shaped, with an average weight of about 130 g. The peel is of medium thickness, smooth or slightly bumpy, with a small and rough nipple. The pulp is tender, very juicy, with a greenish hue; the taste of the juice is sour and distinctly aromatic. The number of seeds in the fruit varies from 2 to 12.
