The variety belongs to the integrifolia clematis group and does not have the ability to cling to supports, therefore it is grown as a groundcover plant or a shrub with tying. The plant reaches a height of approximately 80 cm.

Flowers can be either double (full) blue with yellow stamens or bell-shaped with 5–6 curled petals of a lilac-pink shade; the flower diameter is approximately 10 cm.

The plant belongs to the 3rd pruning group. The variety is a perennial exhibiting hardiness to the conditions of the 5th climatic zone and flowers profusely from the beginning of summer until autumn.
