Variety description

The Zosusk variety, known by the trade name Sunny Sky, is a vine 1.5 to 3 meters in height. It belongs to the Viticella clematis group and is characterized by high disease resistance and winter hardiness in zones 5a–9a.

Flowers 4–9 cm in diameter have a star or cup shape and are colored in shades from lavender to blue-violet with a dark stripe along the center of the petal. The plant blooms from June to September and requires pruning group 3, in which shoots are cut to a height of 15–20 cm.

The clematis prefers sunny sites with mandatory shading of the root zone and well-drained garden soils. The variety is versatile in its use, suitable for pergolas, gazebos, balconies, and urban plantings.
