Variety description

The plant is a liana-like subshrub with dark green matte leaves. Large flowers consist of 6–8 elliptical sepals, which create a semi-double effect due to overlapping. Petal color is dark crimson with a possible transition to pink shades; stamens have burgundy anthers on yellow-green filaments.

The variety belongs to the second pruning group and the 4th hardiness zone, withstanding temperature drops down to -34 °C. The main flowering lasts from May-June until the end of June, with the possible appearance of solitary flowers in the summer period. The plant is suitable for container cultivation and vertical landscaping of various garden supports.
