The plant has vigorous growth and is usually shaped as a bush. The fruits have a round shape, medium shell thickness, and a dark nut color with light streaks. The round kernels are covered with thin skin; upon ripening, the nuts separate moderately from the involucre.

The variety ripens in late August to early September and has moderate yield. The plant is self-fertile, but cross-pollination is recommended to increase yield stability. The variety is characterized by low susceptibility to the nut weevil and big bud mite, however, cases of phytoplasma infection are known.

The variety is used as a fruit crop and also serves as a good pollinator for other hazelnut varieties.
