The hybrid Kithara F1 belongs to the Galia cultivar type. The fruits have a netted surface and a weight in the range of 1.2–1.5 kg. The flesh is of a light, greenish hue, possessing a pronounced aroma and a high level of sugar content.

The plant is of a mid-season maturity group. It is distinguished by concentrated harvest output and high post-harvest longevity of the fruits. The hybrid shows resistance to common diseases of cucurbit crops and is intended for sale on the fresh market.
