The hybrid is the result of crossing Cucurbita maxima and Cucurbita moschata. The plant is not a table variety and is intended exclusively for professional agrotechnology as a rootstock for watermelons, melons, and cucumbers.

The rootstock has high growth vigor and develops a powerful root system, which contributes to increased yields and fruit weight of the scion. It is resistant to Fusarium wilt and nematodes, maintaining effectiveness under temperature fluctuations, while not affecting the taste qualities of the fruits.
