Cydora Robusta
ActiveCydonia oblonga Mill. · Quince
10 August 2026
This breeding line is classified as a pear rootstock and is not a fruit quince variety intended for fruit yield. It is characterized by low to medium vigor, which contributes to obtaining trees with a low crown type.
The rootstock is distinguished by good propagation ability and high compatibility with most pear varieties. Like many other quince forms, K-TE-E is sensitive to high calcium content in the soil, which can lead to the development of chlorosis.
