The tree is characterized as medium-sized and is capable of bearing fruit as early as the 2–3rd year after planting. The variety is distinguished by good winter hardiness, viability, and disease resistance.
The fruits have very large dimensions, ranging from 200–500 g to 2 kg or more. The fruit surface is smooth, with insignificant pubescence. During heat treatment, the flesh and juice retain a light yellow color.
The variety has a universal purpose; the fruits are suitable for various types of processing. Historically, the variety is associated with the 'Leskovac' form of Serbian origin.
