The plant reaches 2.5–4 meters in height and has a spherical or broadly spherical crown shape. The fruits are apple-shaped, yellow, and have firm flesh with a distinct aroma, requiring heat treatment before consumption.
The variety belongs to hardiness zone 5b and is capable of withstanding temperature drops down to -20°C. During cultivation, good tree vigor has been noted, along with a lack of specific susceptibility to common quince diseases such as moniliosis and powdery mildew.
The harvest ripens starting in October. The variety is used as a fruit crop for culinary processing into jams, jellies, and compotes, and is also used as an ornamental plant for garden landscaping.
