The variety is used in agronomic research, particularly in Romania, to study productivity in mixed sowings with legumes, such as alfalfa, and to evaluate the effectiveness of nitrogen and organo-mineral fertilizer applications. Detailed morphological characteristics of the variety are absent in open publications.
As a representative of the species Dactylis glomerata L., the plant is a perennial, bunch-type, tall-growing grass. It is characterized by early spring regrowth, high aftermath production capacity, and the possibility of obtaining several cuts per season. The crop is responsive to fertilizer application and sensitive to excessive soil moisture.
